Judith is a yoga teacher and has collected her thoughts on various aspects of life, and relationships in this book, providing one small insight for each day of the year. I’m keeping this book by my bed, so that I can read a small meditation of the day in the morning. Judith’s insights have often helped me to relax in stressful situations and to appreciate life more fully.
